The Motorcycle Safety Foundation® (MSF) Experienced RiderCourse™ is a five to six hour course held entirely on the riding range. You'll ride your own motorcycle and enhance your skill at control at low speeds, risk management, limited space maneuvers, cornering, stopping quickly in curves and in a straight line, surmounting objects and riding multiple curves. Upon completion of the course, you'll earn a Texas DPS MSB-8 certificate that may assist you in getting discounts on motorcycle insurance, and possibly help with ticket dismissal.
THE COST
The Experienced RiderCourse™ costs only $80. Many major motorcycle manufacturers provide rebates for completion. The knowledge you'll gain is priceless!
THE LOCATION AND SCHEDULE
The MSF Experienced RiderCourse™ is proudly offered by MRH at the Mancuso Harley-Davidson Crossroads facility, 12710 Crossroads Park Drive, Houston.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
1. A street-ready motorcycle 2. A valid driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement 3. Proof of valid motorcycle insurance 4. A helmet manufactured to meet U.S. DOT standards 5. Protective eyewear 6. Motorcycling gloves 7. A long-sleeved shirt or jacket 8. Sturdy over-the-ankle footwear 9. Jeans or motorcycling pants
